East Worthing consists of the residential area East of the town centre. It is bounded by the railway line and Broadwater to the north, Brooklands Park to the east and Worthing town centre to the west. The area comprised of approximately 9,000 residents as of the last census date. You will find Worthing Hospital located in this part of the town.

Like the early hamlet of Worthing, the area of modern East Worthing was initially part of the parish of Broadwater. The area consists of a number of Victorian and Edwardian homes including some lovely sea front properties.
