Meet the Team

Mike is the founder and Managing Director of Aspire Residential. In Mike’s own words, “I set up Aspire because I wanted to provide a higher level of personalised service to clients. Our senior team deals with every aspect of the sales process from first meeting to closing the sale. You can be confident that you are in safe and experienced hands at every step of the transaction”

Kia is a Director and Co-founder of Aspire Residential (North). With a background in family law, Kia has acquired years of experience in building and managing client relationships. She also has over a decade of property management experience and recognises the importance of reducing the pressure faced by landlords whilst protecting their assets. In addition, Kia recognises the importance of establishing quality working relationships with tenants and prides herself on providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants

Mike has been working in the property industry for the past 21 years and has loved every second of it. Mike has expertise in some of the UK's most challenging property markets including prime residential markets in London and Weybridge, Surrey. Mike has found his home in Worthing and at Aspire Residential in Goring. Living locally gives him both a professional and personal insight into the local market and he will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Mike prides himself on providing the highest level of customer care which is why he and Aspire Residential are the perfect fit. Outside of work, Mike likes to keep fit, being a member of a local gym, as well as playing and watching both football and rugby.

Sarah found her passion for the property industry in 2020 when she first started in Estate Agency. In Sarah’s own words “My favourite part about the job is helping people find their dream home. Being attentive to peoples needs and requirements as an estate agent is paramount to being successful”. In addition, Sarah has previously been an administrator for a large corporate company where she had to comply with various financial and government regulations. In her spare time, Sarah volunteers at the local Samaritans branch, a charity that is close to her heart. She may also be found spending time with her son enjoying swimming and eating at local independent cafes and restaurants.

Yanique has discovered an enjoyment in dealing with all aspects of sales and letting since joining Aspire in April 2022. Having grown up locally, Yanique has vast knowledge of the amenities in the area and is able to advise clients based on their specific needs. In her spare time, Yanique enjoys cooking and spending time with her young daughter.
