Following the most recent advice of the Government and ongoing public health concerns, are office is now closed until further notice.

All of our staff are working remotely from home and have access to our systems and records to allow them to conduct critical aspects of our business. Where safe and practicable, we continue to provide a range of services to clients, however we are sure that you will appreciate that under current circumstances our services may be limited to protect the health and safety of staff, clients and the general public.

The team at Aspire Residential have been monitoring the development and spread of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Information regarding the virus is changing on a daily basis as is Government and NHS advice. Based on current published advice, we are implementing what we believe to be appropriate measures to help prevent the spread of the virus and safeguard the health of our clients, staff and the general public.

Until further notice, we will be operating our office with a ‘skeleton staff’, with the majority of our team working from home. We are also implementing a ‘by appointment only’ policy for any face to face meetings. We envisage that the majority of matters can be dealt with via phone, email or via a face time/skype call. However, where an ‘in person’ meeting is essential, then we will be following Government guidelines on social distancing and other recommended practices to prevent the spread of the virus.

During this difficult period, we continue to offer, as far as is practicable, a full range of services. However, in the interests of public health, we have introduced changes to our operational procedures to reflect current circumstances. Amid the recent outbreak of COVID-19, we are doing all that we can to take the appropriate precautions to protect our staff, clients and the general public. We currently remain fully operational and are conducting viewings and valuations with safeguards to limit any potential transmission of the virus.

At this stage we request that, unless absolutely necessary, any in person meetings are minimised and business is conducted via phone and e mail as far as is practicable. In the event that you do need to visit us for a meeting, you can feel confident that we are thoroughly cleaning the office daily and providing anti-bacterial gel for all staff and visitors.
