Situation

We were asked by the family beneficiaries to value and potentially market this Victorian three bedroom family home in West Worthing following the passing of the property owner and family member.

Action taken : - Acknowledging how difficult a process this could be following the loss of a loved one, we met with the family and advised how we could sell the home and manage the communication in a way that was respectful of the circumstances. We spent time advising on market conditions and agreed how we could manage the process and the level of service we would offer. Given the situation, our objective was simply to make this process as easy as possible for them.

Result : - We agreed a sale to a local family within 24 hours of instruction. The sale proceeded to completion without any complication.
